Finding the dock

Pull in, loop around,
back up to the dock.

First time here? This is the whole drive — from the street to the unloading dock. Follow the yellow arrows and we’ll meet you there.

  1. 1 Turn in at 125 E 10th Ave. Look for our sign on the grey building — you’ll see it from the street.
  2. 2 Drive past the building into the back lot. It’s wide open back there, with room for box trucks and trailers.
  3. 3 Look for Henry and his sign. Our robot is holding a “Please back up to dock” sign right where you turn.
  4. 4 Follow the yellow arrows and back up. Ring the bell at the dock — we come out and unload for you.

FAQ

Quick
answers.

Still stuck? Call us — a real person picks up, usually on the first ring.

(816) 295-2334

Is it really free?

Yes — always, for everyone. Residents and businesses alike drop off electronics at no cost. Only the extras (scheduled pickups, Certificates of Destruction, on-site shredding) carry a low per-asset fee.

Do I need an appointment?

Nope. Show up any time Mon–Fri 8am–3pm or Sat 8am–2pm. Pull around back, ring the bell, and we’ll come unload for you.

What happens to my personal data?

Drives get NIST 800-88 compliant wiping, physical shredding, or drilling — your choice. Every asset is serialized and logged, and businesses receive Certificates of Destruction. See how data destruction works →

Do you pick up from businesses?

Yes, anywhere in the KC metro, with on-site palletizing for larger loads. We usually ask for 3+ gaylord boxes, but we make exceptions. Request a pickup →

How many TVs can I bring?

The first 3 TVs are free. After that it’s $10 per TV, any size — so five TVs costs $20, not $50. Computer monitors are always free with no limit. Business pickups are quoted separately.

What can’t you take?

CRT tube TVs, plasma TVs, large household appliances (fridges, washers, dryers, ovens) and hazardous waste. Everything else that plugs in or takes a rechargeable battery is welcome.

Where does it all end up?

Nothing goes to landfill. Working gear is refurbished for reuse; the rest is broken down and sent to R2v3 or e-Stewards certified refiners for material recovery. Follow the whole journey →

Do you pay for anything?

Sometimes. Recent-model laptops, servers, networking gear and phones often carry resale value, and we’ll make you an offer. See what we buy back →

Can I stay in my car?

Absolutely. Pop the trunk or the tailgate and stay put — our crew handles the lifting. Most people never get out.
